Краткая суть, я попробовала, оказалось правда, попробуйте и вы, основная загвоздка лишь в том, что необходимо заплатить 950 фунтов стерлингов, если я не ошибся, для проведения бумажной волокиты :)
Представьте себе если кто то заплатил!

По поводу спама
Как показала практика спам идет отовсюду, причем видна большая активизация писем о лотереях и от "американских дядюшек" - которые вот вот помрут и шлют свои деньги внезапно обнаруженным племяшам.
Такой спам называют письмами счатья (хотя они выглядят немного по другому) или нигерийским разводом - в свое время была ликвидирована группировка африканце, которая профессионально занималась подобными аферами, их судьба не помиловала и они получили по 12 лет тюрьмы вот ссылка на материал http://liberatum.ru/news/v-ssha-rassylshchik-nigeriiskikh-pisem-poluchil-12-let-tyurmy
В Российском сегменте все немного по другому - здесь главенствует принцип, спам - это реклама, некоторые рекламные спам письма, я не вывешиваю, так как люди старались, составляли текст, вставляли картинку, в общем работали не покладая рук...
